Sybir will ship your order complimentary anywhere in the world with any of the world's trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, TNT, and the USPS. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your item has been shipped. All orders are processed and shipped within 7-28 days. If the item is in stock, you may receive your order sooner.
Everything that leaves our store is fully insured by the courtesy of Sybir for the full purchase price/value against loss, theft, and damage during its transit so you can rest easy knowing that your investment/purchase is protected. Insurance coverage is included on all orders. If you should experience any issues with your package upon arrival, you are required to contact Sybir immediately (no later than 24 hours) to file a claim. If you contact us later than 24 hours to file a claim, we have the right to refuse or deny your claim without any further investigation. Replacement or refunds with an approved claim can take up to 90 days to process and complete. We reserve the right to investigate the claim to the fullest capacity we see fit. In some cases, it may take longer than 90 days to complete a claim depending on the shipping carrier decisions, terms, conditions, regulations, or policies.  
Please note that due to the nature of our products and their value, every single one of the packages we send out will need an adult signature at the time of delivery. For insurance reasons, we are not able to ship our products if there isn't an adult available to sign for the package upon delivery.
Local pickup is currently unavailable. We do not deal in hand to hand sales or transactions. All orders are placed online or by phone only. All orders are shipped directly from our official Rolex partner dealers or our independent warehouses. Personal delivery services worldwide may be available. Additional fees may apply. Returns are managed by our RMA system prior to shipping the item back to us. You can obtain an RMA by logging into your account or by contacting us directly and providing us your order number. 
All orders are protected and backed in full faith by our 60-day full money back guarantee return policy. We also offer exchanges and store credit. Unlike other websites, we give you the time we truly feel is needed to make sure the purchase you made was right for you. As long as you return the item to us in the same condition you received it, we will issue a full money back refund with no questions asked. Please note the item returned will be thoroughly inspected prior to refund being issued. If the item has been altered or sent back in any unacceptable condition, your refund will be automatically denied. 
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We do not issue return shipping credits or pay for any return labels unless a company error has been verified.
We expect the same level of security and shipping when you are getting the package back to us. All returns must be shipped with a traceable courier such as UPS or USPS. Do not ship via FedEx, as FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500. Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of a loss or damage, customer is liable.

Once you have received an RMA number, the item must be shipped to us so that we receive it with 7 days. In addition to the above, the following must be taken into account depending on what you purchased from us and want to return.
International Orders - International delivery may take an additional week to our standard shipping time of 7-28 days. Please note, products that are in stock may ship sooner. International shipping is complimentary. All orders are insured for the full purchase price. This option is brought to you by Sybir as a courtesy.  
Duty - Most international orders are subject to customs duty and tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. The average international order takes up to one week for delivery. Oversize and/or high value orders may require additional shipping charges.
