Busy....
There's something about working to set up your own business that makes you busier than you ever were before. I'm so rarely at my desk nowadays...both a good and bad thing. I'm not procrastinating as much or wasting away my hours trolling the Net and chatting to fill up my day. While I miss the chatting (because it really is how I'm able to stay in touch with all my friends, local or remote), I'm finding that the time away from the computer is allowing me to:
But, I don't miss the endless conference calls that seemed to go nowhere even though we all felt we were trying to accomplish tasks. I don't miss the quotes and the quote tools or the long hours where my eyes wanted to glaze over from staring at the computer screen for hours.
I'm enjoying the new business partners, the new friends, the new knowledge. I am definitely enjoying the new energy levels. AND, I'm finding so many things to add to my writing list! Being your own boss is rewarding, scary and ...wow...it's different when you're relying on yourself for success. Of course, my great support network truly rocks too!
Now, to get back to being able to write as I'm running around and finding some creative ways to allow my Hypnotherapy practice to thrive.

I hope you're having a Happy Holiday, no matter what religion you practice. (I introduced the 4 year old to the time old tradition of eating the rabbit ears first tonight...and he did me proud. Of course, don't ask about the fiasco that was the cracking of the Easter eggs...my competitive child had a melt down over his eggs getting cracked ;))
